In principle, could be run at any particular commit to blead
But running against monthly release:
Is easier to schedule
Provides basis for easily understood time-series data
CPAN Module Test::Against::Dev wraps around:
Perl::Download::FTP
CPAN::cpanminus::reporter::RetainReports
