Use the "Top 1000" -- farthest upstream distributions -- as proxy for all of CPAN
On my Linode, install monthly development release and 'cpanm'
Feed "Top 1000" to 'cpanm'
cat cpan-river-1000.txt | xargs ./bin/cpanm
Use Test::Against::Dev to parse the build.log
Write PSV files suitable for opening in spreadsheets
