Remember that back in 1997, rmtree() was changed to accommodate CPAN.pm
Within the current CPAN distribution, CPAN::CacheMgr makes one call to rmtree() with no arguments
This may -- or may not -- be the great-grandchild of the 1997 situation
Obstacle to assessment: CPAN.pm's test suite has poor code coverage
Lone call to rmtree() is unexercised by test suite
Up to CPAN.pm's maintainers to deal with it
