How We Handle "Blead Breaks CPAN"

• Triage to determine cause:

  • Defect in blead -> Failure in CPAN module?

  • Defect in CPAN module exposed by Change in blead?

  • Some combination of above?

• If the defect is, in whole or in part, in Perl 5 blead ...

  • Then ticket becomes blocker for next production release of Perl.
