Installs a selected subset of CPAN distributions against that 'perl'
Currently 1000; in 5.29 cycle will try for 3000
Parses the 'cpanm' build.log file to write compact JSON files for each distribution attempted
Using CPAN::cpanminus-reporter-RetainReports
